Hard to make up my mind about his hair, but I'm workin' on it. Anyway, here's the texturing and shading. Once the rig is done I'll show closeups. I used the DT3D fake skin shader (this is an area I need to learn a whole lot before I can dare to use SSS - I guess he would look better with a true SSS shader, but I also wanted to avoid raytracing...)
And a little thing that bugs me about Cooper... he sort of looks a little like this guy here:
It bugs me because it happened accidentally... or should I say... randomly (cuz he's a random creation, there was no concept design behind him, just different setup ideas)? Now there isn't a whole lot of resemblance, and the face features, except for the nose, are quite different, but the overall face shape a little, and maybe the mouth positioning... But Cooper will have a different face setup anyway, so animated... he'll look different :D
