Far from being the most amazing ocean ever though haha.. I think Unity seriously needs to invest in a good ocean solution.

Better water. Although the deformer is a simple noise designed for PolyWorld. I wish I had something a bit more.. tessendorfic.. more ocean-like, for wave deformations.. but anyway, I'm much happier with this than with any default ocean solutions for Unity, and it's better for low poly stuff. I kinda like the sharp lines it draws, and how the shorelines are faked with refraction, no actual foam or particles or anything.

In Maya All the island is around 500k polys, and 1 texture. Every object has a bit of UV space on this blurry texture that is basically.. a color palette. Autumn island.. by simply changing the 1 texture. Aerial view of the geometry.. And finally, in Unity! A bit more contrast, color correction, AA and so on.. in camera. And underwater, DX11 bokeh n stuff.. To be continued [with better water and maybe some nasty creatures..]
