Amazing site for those interested in studying body language and gestures :) And here's a sample... I quote: "Whenever a facial expression is larger on one part of the face, it is likely a faked emotion". I find this quite shocking, disturbing, and arguable... the girl above is certainly not faking anything... The one below though probably does... (Virginie Ledoyen attending the Sidaction Gala 'Diner de la Mode' held at the Pavillon d'Armenonville in Paris, France on January 28, 2010). Very cute smile though, even if just a mask :) So I got this new job at Ubisoft, really awesome people, really awesome place to work :D
And I have to animate, yet again, in Motion Builder, like in the old 'Cousteau' days (my character Cousteau was animated in MB and only his face rig was done in Maya). Aaand... I was reading through the MB manual, and I see this little page: "Editing Character Animation". And I couldn't resist and had to do my own version of this page... like a tutorial... for someone wanting to edit animation in MB :D OK, tutorial: Editing Animation in Motion Builder 1. Open MB 2. Open a character in MB [ Optional: 3. Learn animation ] 4. Select any rig controller 5. Start editing animation!!! :D |
